WHY THE NAME BLOODY OLD MEN?

'Bloody Old Men' is a rude reference to a generation supposedly over the hill. We find that term downright amusing. Because the experience and skill level possessed by those who voluntarily stepped back is truly priceless. So we decided to wear that as our badge of honour. 

YOU'RE MERELY A CONSULTANCY, RIGHT?

That's like calling a Dali creation, 'a mere painting'. We're, at the core, a growth engine for startups. We also happen to be a consultancy. The way we dress, talk, present, plan, connect, think, and execute, are very different. The best way to feel the difference is to work with us.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

First off, we don't promise the moon, stars, or the sky. We just do the simple things that fast track you to growth. Stuff like Mentoring, Consulting, and Multiplying capabilities. The third offering is our specialization. And it requires the first two elements to be put in place first.

WHAT IS A COLLABORATORY?

When people from diverse domains collaborate to create something interesting, the brainchild is called a collaboratory. It's a virtual social experiment that is possible only because of the internet and all the goodness associated with it.

HOW CAN ONE JOIN BLOODY OLD MEN?

CAN WOMEN JOIN BLOODY OLD MEN?

Grey cells and grey hair are the only filters to consult with us. If, as a woman, you're cool with saying you work for Bloody Old Men, then we'll be happy to have you on our bandwagon.

HOW DOES THE MENTORSHIP WORK?

Our mentors are paid mentors. Depending on what suits you best, we can structure the deal in such a way that a mentor spends a certain number of hours every month in understanding your needs and guiding you all through.

WHAT TYPE OF CONSULTANCY DO YOU DO?

Any type of consultancy that impacts your growth. Strategic, tactical, operational, promotional and organisational are the broad brush strokes of our offering. Much of our work is market share oriented. Funding is NOT our core competence.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY MULTIPLYING?

Potential and Performance are two ends of a long bridge. What we do with Multiplying is to take the team closer to their potential. We achieve this with '3X Thinking' that involves abandoning old plans and embracing new ways of doing things.
